Step-step to empeties as follow :


  • Klik run on start menu or (windows + R)


  • type "Gpedit.msc"


  • in the select "Computer Configuration" Admistrative Tempelates


  • Select "network"


  • Select the "QOS Packet Scheduler"


  • Select Limit Reservable Bandwidth


  • Change To Enable


  • Change the bandwidth Limit Becomes "0"


  • Apply And OK


  • Perform Restart your computer and enjoy
